[it takes maybe about forty for Scott to get out of the house and over to the address. When he shows up he very much looks a little out of place but fuck it, he doesn't care. When he offers the instructed way in the man at the front looks like he doesn't believe the other but because of its specific nature he lets Scott through. But watches him the whole time cause he may look just the slightest bit out of place. But he's always had that air and energy about him that just lets him absorb into different situations and people. Its a vibe that Scott has, and always had. When he spots the other he saves himself from frantically waving and gives a more appropriate head bob before sliding in next to the other by the bar.]
Looks like a nice place, but I couldn't find any Yelp reviews so I'll have to take your word on it.

[ you know, keeps off the radar, deletes any reviews about the venue, practically impossible to tag on social media. he can't even be mad that lang took longer than twenty minutes; the place is designed to be difficult to spot off the street. the exclusivity is often the draw for the non-aware, the general public. for those who are aware, well - it's a nice facsimile of normal. the drinks are priced the same as any club in the city, at the very least, and there's a no-indoor-smoking policy because that's the kind of world they live in now.
it's not too late into the evening that the club is deafening, but it's late enough that there's a crowd for the DJ to work with, and the music is some sort of electropop shit laced with italian industrial that's almost too much if the crowd was sober. luckily, almost no one is, present company excepted. bucky looks lang over and nods appreciatively, then flags his favorite bartender for— ]
Hey, what do you drink? I'm buying. You look good, by the way.
Uh, just start me off with a beer. Something local if they have it. [Funnily enough Scott isn't much of a drinker, never has been. But he can get, well, wild with the harder stuff and he's not sure what kind of evening this is yet. It's been hard to tell with the other so easier to play it safe and simple.
He slides in beside the other nodding at a couple of the people passing glances. He wasn't expecting this admittedly when he first got given the address and a bit of the history but it feels pretty normal admittedly and Scott likes that, and can get the appeal. Scott gets being part of the fringe; it's not easy. Every little bit of normal helps.
